"I have been lucky enough to work in some top places with top chefs. The Fat duck was the best restaurant in the world and The Hand & Flowers at the time the only two star pub in the world. These are great claims to have and I went into those great restaurants like a sponge, longing to soak up as much information, ideas and recipes that I could. After almost ten years as a chef and having worked up to being Head Chef level it was time to go it alone. Street Food is a trend that can't be avoided and the revolution was just too tempting, I had to get involved. Restaurant food with my twists available wherever!"
"Back in February 2016 I was given the opportunity to take over the Kitchen at The Old House with our street-food brand, as an addition to our pop ups. It was an opportunity to go back to my roots...back behind a commercial kitchen stove! We now own the lease on the whole Pub and do a lot more than street food.
