What makes shoot the bull different?

Shoot The Bull bring gourmet food to places where traditional restaurants can’t.  The idea came about whilst working at award-winning restaurant 1884 Dock Street Kitchen in Shoot The Bull's home city of Hull. Now we bring our food for you to enjoy, in any location required. Taking the restaurant to the street!

Our ‘Gastro Pop-up’ appeals to those with a desire for great food, we’re affordable and exciting - the perfect fit for any affair. Offering innovative food without the restaurant waiting time. Our friendly and knowledgable approach means you are in safe hands for some culinary treats!... Keep your eye out!

The Chef

Chef Chris has years of experience working in the industry. Chris has experience working in award winning and Michelin starred restaurants across the country, with his culinary talents and exciting flavour combinations we can offer a quirky and unrestricted dining experience at any event.

"I have been lucky enough to work in some top places with top chefs. The Fat duck was the best restaurant in the world, The Hand & Flowers still remains the only two star pub in the world. These are great claims to have and I went into those great restaurants like a sponge, longing to soak up as much information, ideas and recipes that I could. After almost ten years as a chef and having worked up to being Head Chef level it was time to go it alone. Street Food is a trend that can't be avoided and the revolution was just too tempting, I had to get involved. Restaurant food with my twists available wherever!'
